This is one of our most recent projects. We took this condemned building on in July of 2014. After some time of working with the village to ensure we kept the Potsdam traditions alive we started on this massive project.
As we evaluated the condition of this structure it was clear we would need to demolish this building and rebuild on the foundation.
The showdown was about to begin!
Once the building was demolished we were ready to rebuild!

We poured the 15" of concrete on a cold morning!
Once the foundations were cured we finished the framing on the first floor.

Have you seen the ugly chimney out the front of the building? This is why, it is providing us with cheap temporary heat!

Beginning of the porches!
After hours and hours in the cold we had finished the decking!
We designed the porches in a way to keep the stairs covered as much as possible for safe entry!
We were very thankful for the warm few days and were able to finish the soffit and facia! Now on to siding.
After a cold day we finished this area with flurries in the air!
